Our menu
ranges from Chargrilled Chicken, and seasoned grilled cod fish, through to
Burgers, Pizzas and American Style Fried Chicken. All the Chargrilled Chicken
is freshly prepared on the premises and cooked on our custom made charcoal rotisserie grill,
where we ensure only the finest herbs and spices are used to give a wonderful taste and aroma, which combined with cooking the food on the traditional charcoal grill will
ensure the tastiest food.

Chicken is a relatively new food to the food market.
The Chicken is seasoned with a range of herbs and spices
and then cooked on an open
flame using charcoals. The chicken is rotated during the period
of cooking to ensure you receive that wonderful taste and
quality....

Style Fried Chicken is another
of our specialities, we are
extremely proud that we only use fresh Chicken pieces, Fillets and
Spicy wings, we do not purchase any of these items frozen, unlike
our competitors.
Our experience in
the American Style Fried Chicken field
has ensured we have our own recipes for
the Original recipe American Style Fried Chicken, Hot and Spicy wings and burgers
and our very famous Chicken Gravy and BBQ Beans, which combined with
the non frozen chicken products, will give the best taste in the
business.
The chickens that we supply are slightly bigger than our competitors
so you get more for your money. The tenderness of our chickens
is just like that of younger Chickens, no tenderness is lost.
We have
a wide variety of different pizzas available and pride ourselves in
having over 20 years experience in pizza preparation and delivery to
the customer. All our dough is made fresh everyday in our
kitchen and we use the best homemade pizza sauce.
Our pizzas come in 10", 12"
and the hearty 16" for sharing amongst your friends.... If you
can't find your ideal pizza don't worry, if we have the toppings,
we'll create your pizza.
